Kim (Marlowe) Jarrett began Marlowe Lane Interiors in January of 2018 as a means to leave her corporate finance job and pursue her passion of design and real estate. She loves working with clients, being creative, and is ultimately driven by the end-result of each makeover. Nothing beats a satisfied customer and a beautiful ‘before & after!’ Kim’s main goal is helping people realize their home design dreams, no matter what stage of life they are in.
In addition to interior design, Kim is also a licensed Colorado real estate broker and is able to use her knowledge of the market to provide ideas that will increase the value of her client’s homes. And as a real estate investor herself, she is also equipped to help her clients with consultations regarding flip investment real estate properties to pick finishes, discuss layouts, and provide interior staging for the home once it is ready to list on the market.
Kim’s main full time job, aside from interior design and real estate, is being a dedicated wife and mother. She loves living in Colorado and exploring the outdoors in her free time.
