2-hour consultation for home owners that need suggestions on how to stage their homes using existing personal items. We will provide suggestions on furniture placement, decor, wall art, de-cluttering, simple solutions for staging bathrooms and the kitchen, as well as any improvements needed to interior paint or overall condition of the home.

Occupied Home Staging

This is the best package for homes that will be occupied while the home is listed on the market, but might need some additional furnishings and decor to really make it feel complete. We can bring in finishing touches such as coffee tables, side tables, lamps, towels, faux plants, etc. We utilize what the homeowner already has but make it finished.

Vacant Home Staging

This is the best package for homes that are vacant and need to be staged. Our packages include furniture, rugs, coffee tables, side tables, lamps, decor, faux plants, towels, kitchen staging, etc. We can also offer window coverings if requested. These packages are based on the number of rooms requested to be staged and the square footage of the home.
